Rose Mary Alais is an experienced Business Analyst and financial management professional with over 20 years of federal government and private-sector experience in operations research, business analysis, accounting support, strategic planning, and organizational efficiency. She retired from the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Headquarters after serving in multiple senior analytical and operational leadership roles supporting domestic and international operations.

Throughout her career, Ms. Alais specialized in cost-benefit analysis, operational planning, financial reconciliation studies, customer service analytics, and business process improvements that generated significant operational savings and increased organizational effectiveness. She also served as a Special Projects Officer and Computer Specialist in Germany, where she managed international projects, coordinated large-scale operational studies, and provided bilingual training in English and Spanish.

In addition to her federal service, Ms. Alais has continued supporting small businesses through business consulting, accounting assistance, tax reporting guidance, and financial management support. Her professional background combines executive-level analytical expertise with practical CFO-related experience in budgeting, reporting, accounts management, and strategic financial oversight.
